Carter County Shrine Club presents the 30th Annual Shriner's Bluegrass Festival running July 9-11 at the festival grounds behind Olive Hill Elementary School. Blue Highway appears on Sat Jul 10. Tim Stafford, Irene Kelley, and Scott Miller were scheduled to appear in the first event of the 2020 season for the Great Balsam Songwriters in the Round Series.

Doors were to open @ 6:00 pm for food, cash bar, and conversations with the songwriters. Music was to begin @ 7:15 pm.

FESTIVAL IS BEING RESCHEDULED.

Blue Highway was scheduled to appear along with Rhonda Vincent, Joe Mullins, Volume Five, Carolina Blue, and The Primitive Quartet in the two-day festival on March 27-28.

The festival has just announced on March 13 that the event is being rescheduled for a later date. The governor of Ohio has asked that all events of 100 people or more be postponed as a precaution to help ensure the Coronavirus does not spread. SOIMF is rescheduling, with the new dates to be announced in April. We will share the new dates as they are announced, and are excited to see you this Summer!! ☀️
